Uno St Ives was built in 2017, the property is a contemporary house situated in a slightly elevated position with far-reaching views over St ives harbour and Hayle.
Since August 2021 Uno, St Ives opened its doors to guests offering 5 different Rooms/Suites on a self catering basis. With over 50sqm floor space per room, each room has its own unique features and the luxurious feel of a high end hotel Suite, including a seating area, flat-screen TV’s, coffee/tea making facilities and en-suite bathroom and more importantly, stunning views over St Ives and out to sea.
Just a stone’s throw from the town centre, beautiful beaches and transport connections, Uno St Ives offers everything you need for the perfect break.

The Master Suite
The Master Suite is perfect for couples or families looking for space and serenity. Wake to sweeping sea views through floor-to-ceiling glass doors, enjoy your morning coffee on a generous private balcony, and relax in a spa-style bathroom with a freestanding tub, double sinks, and extra-large double shower. With underfloor heating, a Super King bed, and a cosy sitting area, it’s a sanctuary in every season.
The Sunset Room
Perched on the second floor, is ideal for those seeking coastal calm. Light streams through skylight windows, offering uninterrupted views of the horizon. A King-size bed, sofa, and high table create a relaxed living space, while the kitchenette and en-suite rainfall shower add all the comforts of home—with a touch of luxury. Whether you’re writing, reading, or simply gazing out to sea, it’s a room designed to inspire stillness.
The Hideout
The Hideout offers a peaceful first-floor retreat ((this is our only room without a seaview). Styled as a chic hotel room, it’s perfect for a short escape. Sink into a King-size bed or curl up on the love seat for two. With a spacious wardrobe, sleek en-suite shower room, and thoughtful extras like a mini fridge and tea-making essentials, it’s as comfortable as it is convenient. Guests can also access a shared balcony from the landing to soak up sea views—and if you’re travelling with friends or family, The Hideout can be booked alongside the neighbouring Balcony room for extra flexibility.
The Balcony Room
Next door to The Hideout, offers a light and airy space with a calm, coastal feel. A King-size bed, crisp linens, and a beautifully finished en-suite shower room make it a perfect spot for couples or solo travellers. French doors open onto the shared balcony, where you can enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine while gazing out to sea. Thoughtful in-room touches include a TV with streaming services, blackout blinds for a restful sleep, and tea and coffee making facilities for slow, easy starts to your day. When booked with The Hideout, it’s an ideal solution for friends or family who want to stay close, yet enjoy their own space.
