On Wednesday 25th February, are hosting their very first Gannet Supper Club in partnership with Tarquin’s Cornish Gin & South West Distillery
Indulge in a specially designed three-course menu showcasing outstanding Cornish ingredients, with each dish expertly matched to one of Cornwall’s most loved gins. A member of the Tarquin’s team will be with us on the night to talk you through the spirits, the pairings and the inspiration behind them.
On the menu you’ll find creations such as Lavender & Tarquin’s Gin Salt Beef with Pickled Quail Egg, Mustard Aioli and Connie Glaze, served with a refreshing Lemon Sherbet Vodka Spritz, and Roasted Cornish Sole with Mussels, Lemon & Dill Butter, Cornish Mid Potatoes and Green Beans, perfectly complemented by Tarquin’s Mexican Style Gin with Mediterranean tonic and fresh lime.
