In the heart of St Ives, you’ll find our traditional family-run fudge pantry!
Our crumbly fudge comes from a 150-year-old West Country recipe and we proudly use locally sourced Cornish sugar, milk, and butter in all of our fudge. We cook, pour, slice, and sell all of our fudge in store. Come see it made in front of your very eyes.
Voted best family holiday destination by Coast magazine and one of TripAdvisor’s top 10 European beaches, St Ives is a beautiful coastal setting to enjoy our delicious fudge.
We constantly update our flavour portfolio, adjusting them to the season. For example, at Easter, we make yummy Hot Cross Bun fudge and Double Chocolate Fudge, and last Christmas, Chocolate Baileys Fudge made an appearance on our marble tables. We have something for every occasion, so pop in and see what we have to offer!
This store is owned by siblings Matt and Dannee and their mother, Carrie (they also collectively own Roly’s Fudge Bath, our newest store). As well as this, together they own Roly’s Fudge overall, the franchising company that brings 15 families together operating more than forty independently run shops across the UK.
