Managed by St Ives Town Council, the Island Chapel is a cherished location for wedding blessings, handfastings, and special events.

Boasting breathtaking views of St Ives Bay, including some of Britain’s finest beaches and Godrevy Lighthouse, the chapel offers a stunning backdrop that will make your day unforgettable.

Overlooking the beautiful beaches of St Ives, Carbis Bay, and Hayle for over 500 years, the Chapel is perfect for blessings, anniversaries, vow renewals, or naming ceremonies.

Along with our enchanting venue, we offer a variety of bespoke services to ensure your event is memorable. While you cannot legally marry at the chapel itself, you can have your marriage blessed here following a ceremony at the Guildhall.
