St Ives is the perfect UK holiday location – and we believe ours are among the best holiday flats in St Ives!
Our flats are all 3 or 4 minutes walk from the beaches, the harbour, the shops, the Tate Gallery, Barbara Hepworth’s sculpture garden … it’s a great central location. It takes a bit longer to get back to your flat, as the hill is steep – very good exercise! It’s because we’re quite high up that the views are so spectacular – hard to photograph because they are so panoramic.

Flat 2 is on the first floor at the front of Seabirds House. It’s comfortable, modern and bright and the view is truly amazing – certainly one of the best in St Ives.
Flat 2 has:
A large studio room with a deep bay window giving views of Porthmeor, the Island, the harbour and St Ives Bay. It’s spectacular.
The comfortable double bed pulls down from a specially designed wall unit, bedding in place.
Well equipped kitchen with induction hob, electric oven and microwave
Good size bathroom with thermostatic over-bath shower
Free WIFI, Smart TV, Freeview, DVD, gas central heating
Flat 4 Seabirds House
Flat 4 occupies the whole of the top floor of Seabirds House. It’s perfect for 4 people, and the view will take your breath away. Guaranteed!
Flat 4 has:
A large characterful sitting room with sliding glass doors to the balcony and the amazing view
A double and a twin bedroom
Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, induction hob, electric oven
Bathroom with thermostatic over-bath shower
Washer/dryer, free WIFI, Freeview, DVD, gas central heating, Smart TV
An allocated parking space behind the house
BASICS
All flats are strictly no smoking, and sorry, no pets.
Towels and bedlinen are all provided. There are no meters or other extra costs.
There is a key safe for each flat in the porch. The code will be posted to you, so you can arrive at any time after 3pm. You need to leave by 10am on your last day.
Flat 4 has an allocated parking space. There’s a Pay and Display car park very close by, and you can buy a “Weekly Rover” ticket in advance from Cornwall Council
