The Asado Fire Pit returns this May. On show will be a range of techniques, cooking seafood, meat and vegetables over fire, using the fire pit, hanging frame, grills, chapas and an asado cross. Country Fire Kitchen will be supplying the kit and cooking alongside other expert chefs over the weekend.
Chef demos take place at The Asado Fire Pit on Friday, Saturday and Sunday during St Ives Food and Drink Festival. Check out some of the chef’s who will be involved this year. Hosted by Mick Smith of Porthminster Beach Café.
